We are inaugurating today a new section on DaniReef, that was requested for a long time by our users: a video-guideline channel about installation and managing of aquarium devices. Let’s start today with the installation of the chiller Teco TK 500.

The choice might seem strange indeed, given the cold weather of these days, but we are preparing in time, moreover the refrigerator has an integrated heater inside, and that’s why our choice.
In the video you can see below, you can appreciate the unboxing of this device, the installation with wires, zip-ties and more. The correct positioning of the air intake and how to prepare the cabinet to place the chiller. Finally is given an explanation of the several buttons and how to set it.
We used TK 500, but the guide is the same for its big brothers TK 1000 e TK 2000, that are virtually identical, only the height is different.
